La fourchette de taux publi\u00e9e pour mars 2023 \u00e9volue entre 2,73 % et 3,10 %.<br \/>o Empruntis diffuse un bar\u00e8me national de taux qui \u00e9volue pour mars 2023 entre 3,58 % et 3,95%.<br \/>Les banquiers<br \/>o La banque de France a publi\u00e9 le taux d\u2019usure applicable en Avril 2023 pour les pr\u00eats immobiliers de<br \/>20 ans et plus. Ce taux est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 4,24%.<br \/>o D\u00e9cembre 2021, taux moyen des pr\u00eats sur 20 ans : 0,99%<br \/>o Mars 2023, taux moyen des pr\u00eats sur 20 ans : 3,00%<br \/>Les Observatoires \u00e9conomiques<br \/>o L\u2019INSEE dans son Point de conjoncture du 7 f\u00e9vrier 2023 mentionne une inflation de l\u2019ordre de 6%<br \/>annuelle.<br \/>o Groupe BPCE valide une baisse sensible des transactions et un recul limit\u00e9 des prix. Sur la<br \/>perception de la conjoncture immobili\u00e8re par les m\u00e9nages, 16% des personnes consult\u00e9es<br \/>consid\u00e8rent que le moment est favorable pour acheter quand 44% sont d\u2019un avis contraire.<br \/>o L\u2019Observatoire du Cr\u00e9dit Logement \/ CSA constate une d\u00e9gradation de la solvabilit\u00e9 de la demande<br \/>provoqu\u00e9e par l\u2019augmentation du taux de cr\u00e9dit et son impact n\u00e9gatif sur la production de cr\u00e9dit.<br \/>Les professionnels de la r\u00e9novation<br \/>o Le Minist\u00e8re de la Transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique rappelle les nouvelles obligations portant sur la performance<br \/>\u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et climatique des b\u00e2timents et les restrictions sur les biens class\u00e9s G et F.<br \/>o Constat
